Job Seeking Skills and Interviewing Skills * are events that provide HOSA members with the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills required to successfully apply and interview for employment and internship opportunities (for college, medical school, professional career, etc.). This competitive event requires competitors to prepare a personal statement, resume, and then participate in a mock job interview with judges. This event aims to inspire members to learn more about applying and interviewing for health-related positions and experiences. *Speaking Skills is an event designed specifically for students classified under IDEA.
Note MT HOSA Differences: Due to Montana’s privacy laws, we will not be using TALLO or the digital profile required by TALLO for the Montana HOSA SLC. If competitors wish to compete at ILC, this will be a requirement.
PDF of resume and personal statement submitted to Montana HOSA as a single document by March 18, 2022; Number of advancing competitors will be determined by criteria met in Round One and space available for Round Two.
